Private companies.

We used to talk about private companies Berkshire might like to buy.

I’ve almost concluded James Dyson Invention : A Life. It gives fascinating insight into the company… essentially a technology company now, selling direct to consumers and growing massively in Asia. Revenues of c8bn and profits of c2bn and high growth and very innovative.

Worth a read and what a great story, company.

He also discusses competition, regulation and the global market place, including a pro Brexit stance. Of particular interest may be story about trying to break into the North American Market… unscrupulous competitors, law suits, patents etc etc.
