# Question about trade volume being 7x amount of Outstanding Shares

This company, Unusual Machines (UMAC), had a total of 8.3 million shares outstanding. On 11/27 the trade volume was 56,838,968. It was announced premarket that Donald Trump JR joined the advisory board. My position in this stock is \< 1% of my portfolio. My questions are:

1. Did a subsection of those 8.3 million shares trade hands 56 million times?
2. Was additional stock issued?
3. Is short sale data available daily?
4. If yes, where is this data located?
5. How can this information be used?

In those circumstances not surprising to see pros doing lots of trading.
