What annoys me is that often, when I ask a question about a product on Amazon, I get an email indicating a response from the seller, but clicking on the link to it doesn’t show the actual product involved, just the conversation. How stupid is that? Also, I never see these “private” answers posted with my question to the list of questions and answers for the product.
Also, if I get no answers to a question, I get an email from Amazon telling me that, and saying my question might still get a reply in the future, but I never see these unanswered questions on the product page. Where are the unanswered questions to be found?
Personally net seeing that, but I don’t see the mechanism for asking a question about an order. Products, yes, I see, but not shipping. I ordered some shoes 1/20, promised 2/2-2/26, so here it is a week later, and still not shipped, doesn’t make since, so far, tempted to cancel…
I would use the chat feature to ask. Click below, then under “Can’t find what you’re looking for?”, click Something Else, then “I need help with something else”.
Generally I get an answer within 24 hours, and i just remember what product I was asking about. If I don’t, I can just go to “browsing history” in the Amazon app and see what I have been looking at lately.
Sometimes questions generate multiple replies, but Amazon only sends the first to my email, which I appreciate since generally the question has been answered.and I don’t need 5 other emails about it.
Don’t think this is a big deal. I appreciate the opportunity to ask questions.
When I’m at Target and ask someone about a product I generally get a blank stare. YMMV.
I guess, but it’s inconvenient at best. It seems they could easily include a link to the product, which they do have when another customer answers the question as opposed to the seller.
That’s odd. I get an email every time a customer replies. I wonder if there’s a setting…
Well, that worked, in the end, I managed to get a ticket written to escalate the order, it seems my size shoe must be hidden in some dark corner of the world…Odd that no shipping is indicated, then at least I could follow and know it was headed in the right direction, maybe even in time, before we leave for a long weekend! Thanks for the nudge!
