Give credit to Saudi Arabia for having a back-up plan. Saudi’s port on the Red Sea, Yanbu, has become an effective alternate port for loading. The pipeline that serve Yanbu has reached 7M bbls daily, of which 5M bbls is for export.
Given Saudi Arabia has excess refinery product, a decent chunk of Saudi refinery output can be exported.
