Big Problem with Vanguard

When I checked my account this morning about $900,000 was missing. It appears that an outgoing transfer to another brokerage firm was underway. I immediately told them I did not authorize this. The Vanguard Customer Service tech tells me that these brokerage firm to brokerage firm asset transfers are all done electronically without human intervention.
