Does wanting to relax and have fun count? Or do I need to be a driven type-A person? If the latter, I’m doomed…

My husband had a much stronger sense of purpose than I ever did. He was also fitter, healthier, less overweight, a better sleeper, early to bed and early to rise…but he got dementia, not me. (hmmm, there’s still plenty of time for me…ALZ often doesn’t strike till around age 80).
