He just said on CNBC that there are two Silicon Valley companies each over $70 billion in size that told him they want to buy Shopify.

He also said that Shopify has been approached in the past regarding being bought out.

In addition he said that Shopify, a Canadian company, does not want to be acquired.
Thought the board would be interested.
