How much of the SBC is a function of the price of a stock?

For example, a stock that stays relatively flat for a while, I would think the SBC would come way down because the options aren’t exercisable for much of a gain, if at all.

On the other hand, a stock going up quickly will see much more options exercised, so larger stock based comp.

Yes, you are right. 92.4M is for 3 months ended in July and 182.4M is for 6 months ended in July. I downloaded the data from Bloomberg who grabs data from company files. Apparently, Bloomberg has made a mistake here and messed up the Quarterly and Semi-annual data.

Thank you very much for your correction. And I am really sorry for my carelessness. Next time I will double check the data before I post.
