This will really shake the PBM money tree because they can be bypassed.

Not sure how, or even if, either of them accept Part D. I doubt Drug Plus accepts Part D.
From their web site:
“Currently, we only accept prescription insurance for Capital Blue Cross, Rightway, and other select prescription plans. However, we will be adding more insurance plans in the coming months. If you aren’t sure if Cost Plus Drugs accepts your insurance, please contact your insurance company and ask if Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drugs is an “in-network pharmacy” with your prescription plan."
Amazon Pharmacy accepts most insurance. It is up to your insurance company to include Amazon Pharmacy as participating or not, if in or out of network, and at what level.
