An analyst for TMF in Singapore, Chin Hui Leong, posted a link to this book elsewhere. The author, Tien Tzuo, was the 11th person hired at Salesforce and is the CEO of Zuora. I haven’t read it but plan to. It gets great reviews and reportedly aligns well with sentiments expressed on this board.
