I haven’t vetted this poster so caveats to you:

In regard to insider selling, Wolfson currently holds over 3 million shares, 4.4 percent of the outstanding shares. All directors and officers as a group hold 11.9 percent of the outstanding shares. (see link to Proxy Statement below) For any company, 12% of the outstanding shares represents a higher than average share of insider ownership. It makes sense to sell shares to diversify investment holdings. Given the same choice personally, I would do the same.
