The Canadians are doing more than tariffs. Does not matter if you wait a month. They could careless.

I believe Mexico’s president said Sunday she would list her first round of tariffs. We should expect retaliations and escalation as we descend into a great depression. Leadership. Definitely. Powerful.

Target management is acting like an east coast business, not a MN company. They could have it all–and they blew it, big time. Their policies are anti-consumer, which is (shall we say) financial suicide for a business dependent on consumer spending.

I was in a Target a few days ago, before the boycott. I was looking for a couple different items that took me on a stroll around most of the store. I didn’t find either item, but I did notice that most of the people in the store were employees. Admittedly it was the middle of the day on a weekday, but that’s not a good ratio when the workers outnumber the customers. Even the Starbucks was empty. Just some annecdata, take it for what it’s worth.
