I’m more interested in whether an electric car can be towed.
The fellow in the video called a towing company just in case and the choice was a flatbed truck but since he made it, it was not required.

How Do You Tow an Electric Vehicle? by Amanda Cline on April 9, 2021
If you are reading this from the side of the road in your electric vehicle, don’t panic! You can certainly tow your electric vehicle, but it should be a flatbed. While this is an issue now, companies are working hard on a solution to allow all electric vehicles to be towed with ease.
Easy! You tap the brake pedal, select Controls => Service => Tow Mode
Done.
So then I’m okay to hook it to the back of my motorhome (actually I probably should do that BEFORE putting it in tow mode) and drive on the freeway at 60+ MPH for six hours?
Not according to any source I’m finding.
Luckily, you can tow your Tesla Model 3. However, according to the owner’s manual, it is critical that all four wheels are off of the ground. - https://rechargd.com/towing-tesla-model-3/
That isn’t towing a Tesla. That’s towing a parking space that the Tesla is parked in.
Which means I have three vehicles in the RV park: the motorhome, the Tesla, and the trailer. Many parks don’t have room, or charge extra, for that third vehicle.

It’s not ideal for a vehicle carried by a motorhome. I see some sources that say a dolly can be used, but that’s also a PITA.
