Hertz just off-loaded its huge mistake of 40,000 Teslas into a saturated used EV market. One wonders if the GSA will do the same with its EVs, or, simply mothball them?
Interesting to read that government employees were using the chargers for their privately owned EVs too.
Questions:
1.How will Rubio and the State Dept. charge their $400 Million of new armored EVs?
-
Will His Nibs at DOGE make an exception that the chargers for armored vehicles are “mission critical?”
-
And why stop at the chargers? Why not sell the buildings to Trump and all the other vulture capitalists/oligarchs taking part in Operation Money Grab?
“The General Services Administration (GSA), which manages buildings owned by the federal government, is planning to shut down all of its electric vehicle chargers nationwide, describing them as “not mission critical.” The agency, which manages contracts for the government’s vehicle fleets, is also looking to offload newly purchased EVs.”
