This is the final warning until the next final warning, and the final warning after that…

From what I can see, the CO2 concentration is just going to keep rising. Any declines in GHG emissions in the US and Europe will be replaced with more fossil fuel combustion in China, India and other developing nations.

Well that eliminates nuclear power because there is nothing swift and drastic about nuclear power.
