OK, so we know that a platform can’t be penalized for publishing bad information or stuff others post on the platform. Got it. Could Musk _himself_ be sued for libel or slander for publicly promoting lies and misinformation? It worked for Dominion. Not exactly the same, maybe, but it rhymes. ---
