TWLO: good or bad?

What got me to leave TWLO was boneheaded junior varsity management mistakes. How many top executives must have seen those incorrect figures without noticing? Including Lawson. Assuming more cockroaches is usually the correct thing. Maybe they have just grown sloppy because of success. Maybe , probably, they will fix this but the stock is not likely to outperform in the next few months. So I will stay out for a while but maybe go back and read Bert before the next CC. Because I think TWLO will do great with all those robo calls in the next election.

rules for robo calls
Political campaign-related autodialed or prerecorded voice calls (including autodialed live calls, prerecorded voice messages, and text messages) are:
Not allowed to cell phones, pagers, or other mobile devices without the called party’s prior express consent.
Not allowed to protected phone lines such as emergency or toll-free lines, or lines serving hospitals or similar facilities, unless made with the called party’s prior express consent.
Allowed when made to landline telephones, even without prior express consent.

TTD might benefit too, there will be lots of money spent, and apparently robo calls are very cheap less than a penny each. because the old way of mass TV ads wastes a lot of money

Mauser, you may be right, I don’t know. But if Twilio is run by junior varsity management how did they get to where they are right now?

They are the number one company in a space that is projected to have 39% CAGR by through 2022. (According to IDC). I don’t think a company can accomplish that when it is being run by a bunch bush leaguers.

This past CC gave me reason to watch, but not to sell.
