Following news that October will see Ofgem’s price cap soar to £3,549 for an average annual bill, and forecasts of an even higher hike from January 2023, many are really feeling the cost of living pinch.

The UK is paying the second highest amount of electricity in Europe, only topped by the Czech Republic, according to the Household Energy Price Index (HEPI).
