Mom is in the hospital. She has Covid, pneumonia, a UTI, and her sodium was extremely high.
She’s been there since Friday, will be there about 3 more days. She’s better today, responding appropriately.
When she’s discharged back to memory care she will go as a hospice patient.

Covid, pneumonia, and a UTI—too much on top of too much! For all of you, in different ways. Returning to memory care as a hospice patient…so part of the long and gradual good-bye.

My mom was in assisted living and when she got a major UTI, it was the beginning of the end. Prayers for an easy transition to hospice…hugs.
