Exports to foreign countries broken down, and by vessel type. Overall volume declines, but significant decline to China (over 64% drop)
By vessel type: 51% VLCC, 25% Suezmax, 21% Aframax

Odd - the link got botched and my comment cropped. The comment on Canada related to whether there was some impact from TMX pipeline exports. The Canadian port can’t handle vessels larger than Aframax. So, one of the moves was having the Aframax load in Canada, and sail down South to load on larger vessels that made trips across the Pacific Ocean.
