Oregon reported some recent success with this program. More than 20 states have similar policies of publicizing the names of the largest deadbeat taxpayers.

Anyone have a list of those twenty states that try to hold “JCs” accountable, instead of giving them a free pass, so they aren’t “burdened”?
Some of the biggest deadbeats, when it comes to not paying their Detroit city water bills, are corporations.
