In Dimon’s case, the BoD deemed him worthy of a $50M “bonus”, on top of his usual $30M/yr to hang around a few more years, while he remains unprosecuted for the illegal activity that goes on during his watch.

I voted a proxy for, iirc, P&G a couple weeks ago. The CEO is also the Chairman, and head of the compensation committee. Nah. No conflict of interest there.

PG&E CEO Patricia Poppe received a bonus of $6.6 million as part of her total compensation of $51.2 in 2021. She’s the highest paid utility CEO on Earth.
PG&E also has the highest Kwh rates in the country and now they’re attacking the solar industry, by 2025 there will be more solar industry in California
