This economy is a shadow of itself unless people collect from the government.

I have thought about this for like 50 years. Or at least since Reagan. Imagine the USA and it’s economy. Then zero-out ever government penny except basically paying for “The Establishment.” No Unemployment comp. No Food stamps. No subsidies. No SS, medicare/Medicaid". Not a single government program of that type. "The “economy” cannot carry the economy.
