The secondary and tertiary effects are not something I’d thought a lot about. More immediately relevant to us, he’s pretty bullish on remote work in general (though bearish on Zoom - where he and I disagree). Good reminder of the long term outlook for Zoom, even if there might be some volatility ahead in the short term.
