What is the purpose of this board?

I thought about it bit. What is the purpose of this board? Is it to warn a particular security or sector is a falling knife? or is it a forum for “investors” to review these securities and identify the ones where there is value and go against grain and buy?

If the purpose is to carefully isolate the ones which has fallen in price but presents better risk-reward, and discuss such securities, I have to say, the discussion on such securities is less and even when presented hardly there is any discussions.

How can we present an investment case with few sentences?

The purpose of this board is to provide a focal point for the topic. How it is actually used depends entirely on the participants. It need not be the same for everyone, or the same now as last year or next.
