Why the Waltons Have Never Faced a Major Estate-Tax Bill on $250 Billion

Again, it’s just arithmetic. If the Walton’s aren’t paying any taxes, working and middle-class folks need to pay more to make up the difference.

Give them what they voted for – good and hard.

This caught my eye.

{{ The 2026 IRS rules allow $19,000 per recipient annually and a $15 million lifetime exemption to shift appreciating assets out of your taxable estate. }}

It wasn’t that long ago that the lifetime exemption was only $1 million. Now it’s $30 million for a married couple. Even “middle-class millionaires” can play this game if they understand the arithmetic – and have the ability to forswear that poisonous wage & salary income that increases your taxes.

Give them what they voted for – good and hard.
