Berkshire never known for using stock options to keep/reward management so will be interesting to follow Greg Able’s future ownership in Berkshire.

It will be interesting to see what he does. Separately, if Buffett thinks Berkshire stocks are undervalued, he could have adjusted the valuation of BHE and issued A-shares, so that Greg could have saved on taxes. I think Greg may use some of the proceeds to buy A-share but he is going to use the cash to diversify, fund kids trust, etc.

The rumor floating around Omaha is Greg was so pumped up about the cash that he hurried out of the meeting with Warren and Charlie. Seen shortly after running down the hall and bragging about expensive hookers and a long awaited cocaine binge! Businesswire is claiming that it’s fake news.
