“We noted that if this portfolio were somehow separated from Berkshire, it would— by assets— be the world’s largest actively managed mutual fund.
With a value of $353,270,132,426 at the end of April,the Berkshire portfolio contains 48 names…it makes for a concentrated mutual fund , with a 40.5% allocation to Apple AAPL,and the top 10 holdings making up more than 85% of assets. For 10 of its investments,Berkshire owns more than 10% of the outstanding shares.”
