Yup. Happened here. Bus Terminal was closed without notice, moved blocks away to a curbside corner without even any signage. Worst transition in history, except the hedgies who bought the location didn’t care about the bus service, they got the real estate so they’re happy.

Interesting how the linked article goes on and on about how deteriorating service is due to a lack of government subsidies. Used to be the government said that if you wanted to run a public utility service, you needed to provide it to everyone, not just cherry pick the best opportunities, and leave everyone else to fend for themselves.

Kalamazoo used to have this Greyhound station downtown. It was still operating in the 60s.

In the 70s, Greyhound and Indian Trails bus services were consolidated at the Amtrak station downtown. The former Greyhound station is now another bank.
