Price to Book is under 0.7 for both - Is that your key for these two. I live very close to Monroe Federal’s footprint and i have never heard of them.

It’s the same old shtick with the thrifts: cheap valuation, watch for buybacks and insider purchases, try to find a few other characteristics that are valuable to an acquirer.
Nobody has heard of any of these guys, it doesn’t matter where you live. lol.

I am setting a trigger - Monroe shares were trading at 13.00 yesterday!
Monroe still at 13.00, but FBLA is under 12 and has been dropping steadily…
Monroe still at 13, FBLA came close to 11 but is now back toward 12.
