I thought this was going into high core count machines first, looks like AMD saw a simpler/better opportunity for gamers. Will look forward to seeing the benchmarks.

Zen3D Has been selling like hotcakes into the server realm, as MilanX. That’s why it has taken so long to make it to the (Ryzen) consumer parts. The price of $449 for a Ryzen Zen3D is tempting, but I think I am going to wait for Zen 4. (Or maybe Zen 5 :wink:

Note that all the Ryzen parts in the new list are at 65 watts. Also, there are no Ryzen 9 parts announced today. Even the Zen3D part is Ryzen™ 7 5800X3D, Ryzen 7 not Ryzen 9. (There is, however, an under $100 four-core part, which is impressive in a different direction.
