Abandoned school -> Apt complex

A trio of investors transformed an abandon school into a modern apartment complex. Bought the abandoned school for $100K, and then secured $3.3M investment (one of the three is involved with real estate) and transformed the property into an upscale apartment complex

This is not really “investing”. It’s either a job, for those with real estate knowledge, or speculation for those without.

Someone very clever once said “investing in real estate is really a lightly taxed second job”.

Additional details from YouTube video.
A lot more expensive for the trio after the $100K that they paid for the school.

Obviously, a much riskier endeavor than suggested from the OP
