Can somebody tell me what CAPS is? What does it do? How do I use it? Is there a VOD for any of this? And generally, where do I go to get definitions for anagrams and terms I don’t recognize? Is there a table of contents for the Fool? An index? This seems hopelessly convoluted? Still, Foolishly Hopeful.
