They say affordability is a major issue in this falls election.
Do they have a plan? What is it?

The plan is to fault Trump, and let him create deflation with the tariffs.
We do not know how soon the deflation will arrive. It will be popular till you lose your job or your son loses his job.
Your savings might be wiped out later. So finding fault is the right thing to do.
Meanwhile, true to form, we will sit back, not commit to anything, or say anything much. A winning strategy. Even though I say that the internet volume will be rising from here.
I doubt it. They think “riding the wave” will save the day.
Who is they? Everybody is talking about affordability these days.

I think we know who but can’t be too political. Who has a plan?
Professor Jaing tells you at timestamp 14:00. Everyone knows about the Jesuits and Free Masons. We don’t hear enough about the Sabatine Frankist.

Ah, the Illuminati.

Who the heck is Professor Jiang? He reminded me of that guy who used to run for president from the 1930’s to the 1980’s. I can’t remember his name. His big secret that everyone knew and must be told about was the world was run by a conspiracy of The Pope, the Free Masons, and Queen Elizabeth.
That said, yes, all this stuff comes about via various conspiracies and quasi-conspiracies. Like minded people/groups whose interests converge in matters of wealth, power, and control. If you don’t like the word conspiracy find a better one. A rose is a rose.

I liked the part where that talked about his 3 predictions.
How, exactly, would we lose the Iran War? Are we expecting an amphibious assault by Iran on the shores of Annapolis? Or maybe Mar-a-Lago? The only outcome for this adventure is we get tired and decide to stop being idiots and go home.

Just like Vietnam. Another lost.
Dr Jiang Game Theory #9: The US-Iran War
Ok, so we think deflation is the only way to improve affordability. That implies the down leg of the K recovery gets so bad that unemployment increases. That drags down earnings expectations and reduces cost pressures.
Notice that the Big Beautiful Bill is intended to improve business profits, increase stock prices, and drive GDP upward. The feds want 2% inflation. Deflation is not in the plan.
And you folks seem to think that is all there is.
Americans have the watches, they have the time.
Beware, that’s a dark subject.
Just as well. We might end up with a shortage of tin foil.

Huh? That’s weird. Maybe I missed it, but I don’t think anyone is saying deflation is a good thing. There are people who are warning that deflation is on its way, given the current shenanigans. That’s not exactly a testimonial supporting deflationary economic policies.
Affordability isn’t just about making things cheaper, it’s also about addressing the extreme income / wealth inequality in our society.
Yeah, that’s why it sucks. Our country has been noticing the effects of trickle down economic policies for decades. These policies are intended to work for the wealthy few, not for society as a whole. It’s a boondoggle, a flim-flam, a racket…
We’ve been stuck in the insanity loop of supply-side economic freaks for too long. We’ve been told repeatedly that it’s the only solution for a healthy economy. We’ve been shammed.
There are lots of plans aimed at addressing affordability. Here’s one -
I’m guessing taxing billionaires will be far more popular than the “affordability is a hoax” plan.
To answer the thread title, of course there’s a plan.
It’s written and bound and in a manilla folder marked “The Plan”. It’s right under the manilla folder with the plan for the Iran war, which sits on top of the plan for “Releasing the files”, which is just to the left of the architectural plan for “Restoring the Kennedy Center”, which is covering the plan for “The East Wing”.
I’m sorry to report that the plan for preserving the environment has been lost, along with a host of others, including “training for ICE agents”, “How to make tariffs more predictable”, and others.
The plans for “How to make military strikes on multiple countries without Congress being involved” sits atop all of them, of course, but even having that plan implies that somebody will read them, which seems unlikely.
