That would probably work for a beginner (or near beginner, too) with some adjustments to reflect that status.

Abandoned Walmart stores are indeed an asset. In my area Walmart built new stores when they added groceries. The old stores were sold. Became Harbor Freight etc. Yes, they are an asset.
With so much new data generated every day, it’s hard for me to believe data centers will be obsolete. They will still be needed even if some are not used for AI. Ie cloud capacity will continue to grow to house new data.
