In related news, United is getting tired of problems with Max 9 and delays with the Max 10 and is thinking about canceling their Max 10 order. The article isn’t entirely clear how big the order is, but appears to be about 100 planes.
“I think the Max 9 grounding is probably the straw that broke the camel’s back for us,” Kirby said in an interview Tuesday on CNBC’s “Squawk Box.” “We’re going to at least build a plan that doesn’t have the Max 10 in it.”
