I liked the way they removed Calhoun as CEO, but kept him on the Board of Directors. You want to keep that bench strength in case they need to bring him back to put the final nail in the coffin.

I like how they found a way to solve the problem of Doors falling off. They decided to remove the Doors. Now they need to work on the wings.

Calhoun was on the Board before he was tapped as CEO. The initial replacement for McNerney was iirc Dennis Muilenberg, from the defense division. Muilenberg took the fall for the Maxes augering in, and was replaced by Calhoun.
