Now that the CDC has stopped updating people on diseases. Bird Flu is taking off. If you can’t stop a pandemic at least you can stop the CDC from putting any news out.

Most people are soft and do not even realize what it took to stay alive even 100 years ago. They think that everyone will fight for them. They do not understand the past. Just wait.

Experience is that authorities tend to overstate the risk. Since the time of Jerry Ford disease threats emerge abt every five years and alerts are sounded. Only two HIV and Covid have proved to be as severe as feared. Most fade at far less than feared effect.
Maybe that means public health services are doing a good job behind the scenes.
Maybe that means no need to over react. Bird flu is out there but the sky is not falling (yet?).

Due to the lack of coordination and communication between the groups, good health services will essentially disappear. Especially with a lack of real leadership. One way to kill public health is to stop producing the wide variety of vaccines, etc–to “save money”. Yeah, right.
I think we would like to see the Prez trim the fat but keep the good parts. Not easy. Especially when we have so much disinformation floating around as facts. Nothing like politics to make it interesting.
