Its not just Cigna it’s all of them. I get checked by my skin doctor every year. I retired and had to get my own Health Care plan. When I went to the doctor they always find some pre cancer because I worked out in the Sun. My Health Care plan said it was pre-existing so they wouldn’t pay for the visit. It surprised me because I do it to catch anything before it becomes melanoma but since I had it checked before they won’t pay now. Healthcare s%cks.

I go in every six (6) months and get the cr*p frozen out of me every time I go. I mention to the dermatologist that I wear a hat and all and the standard answer I get is oh, this isn’t new stuff. This is because you went to the beach when you were 8 years old. It just took 71 years to catch up with you. Then there’s the biopsies. Every other biopsy leads to Mhos surgery. I put the old CRV on autopilot and it knows OK we’re going to the Medical Center. Buckle up.
To the gentlemen here with skin cancer at least do not use a commercial brand soap. It is not just sunshine that causes cancer.
