It is worse, more pathetic, and evil. This is the last chance to cash in on fossil fuels. These guys know it.
The UAE is as serious about it. They dropped out of OPEC to up their production when things in the Strait get back to normal. Cash in now or never.
It is not that we simply stop using fossil fuels. There is a tipping point where the world does not use enough to support the premium on fossil fuels.
