The results of training are the parameter values, which can be exported anywhere that has the storage capacity. Such models are smaller than the size of the data on which they were trained.

Then why don’t they put the data centers in Prudhoe bay where it would be cold so they wouldn’t need as much electricity, and build electrical plants that can run on the plentiful natural gas?
