Fidelity owns 15% of Infinera

Registered with the SEC this morning, Fidelity declared they own 15% of the company.

This is on the heals of another filing made just yesterday’s where Vanguard declared 7% ownership.

Thanks Kevin for all the efforts you put in researching the co. and the industry it is in, and your willingness to share with us. Wow, it is safe to say financial institutions now own a third of the floating shares. It helps the price when they grab shares (imagine what price it would be now without their purchases) certainly will hurt when they dump the shares! Interesting stuff indeed!
