The interesting part, starts around the 30 minute mark, how the other people describe how the EO will work. Apparently, the regime will dictate to the drug companies what they must charge for their products in other countries, then, they will receive the same price in the US. I can see the other countries crying “we have a contract at this price”, to which the drug companies will cry “force majeure”. TIG will apparently use his tariff club to try to beat other countries into submitting to the much higher pricing.
Rather depends on whose spin you hear. Either drug companies will be forced to dramatically cut the prices they charge USians, or, the version presented here, that other countries will be forced to hand a lot more money to the drug companies.
