Lessee…St Louis is the McDonnell plant, which has cranked out thousands of F4s, F15s and F18s. I would suspect a St Louis training center to teach “how to bribe DoD officials, and milk defense contracts”. Now that BA has switched focus from being overwhelmingly commercial focused, to be primarily a defense contractor, that “training” is probably at the HQ, in DC, now.
