Hot Pants Return

Hot Pants are back. I saw a pair worn in a local grocery store. OMG!! Lots of legs.

Wall Street Journal has article on them this weekend.

Recall the old saw that stock market follows hemlines. Does this bode well for markets?

Are panty hose becoming popular again. Is it time to buy Hanesbrands?

So what does that mean…go short?

The tradition is that when hem lines rise above the knee, the market goes up. And visa versa.

Does that also apply to pants length? We shall see.

Rising pantyhose sales could be an opportunity. Remember L’eggs?

DW and I were in NYC a couple of weeks ago visiting the adult kids. We had beautiful late spring weather and many folks were out and about. I saw three young women wearing only a bra for a top. I guess this may also become a new trend - kids think so.

So invest in whatever company makes fancy bras

The average bra covers more than the average bikini-top.

The same is true for the bottoms, for certain styles of ladies’ underwear.

Obviously you have not been to a CrossFit gym. Booty shorts for women are standard gear and have been for years.
