I am convinced that a lot of lawyers earn a lot of money from conflicts that, according to one or another opinion, could have been resolved peacefully and without wasting money.

But sometimes is important to defend your principles.

True Pete but having healthcare fund unnecessary procedures is getting out of hand. My wife was a teacher and many of the teachers would try to have babies and go through expensive vitro procedures to have kids. The insurance would pay for it and one couple went through it 3 times and never had a child. Sad, but is it really the job of insurance to pay for it? Well now the insurance company will not pay for invitro at all and the insurance quality has collapsed. My thought is, go ahead and have the surgery but it should be out of your own pocket.
