Infinera (INFN) finishes acquiring Transmode

Infinera offer to acquire Transmode has been accepted by shareholders holding approximately 95.8% of the outstanding shares. As all conditions to the Offer have been fulfilled, Infinera declares the offer unconditional and completes the offer. Settlement is expected to occur on or around August 20, 2015. This was expected, but is still great news for INFN.

And INFN just inked a deal with Windstream

I am not sure if Windstream is a current customer or not. I don’t recall Windstream being mentioned before by INFN but either way this is just more good news.
