A few years later, Joe n the wife visit a Disney theme park.

Wife dies of allergic reaction at Disney Park due to being served an allergin at a Disney eatery.

Hubby sues Disney for wrongful death. Disney says Joe signed up for Disney+ and clicked the box agreeing to use mediation to settle disputes.
Therefore Joe can’t sue Disney. It’s a wrongful venue.
Even though the wife’s death had nothing to do with streaming videos.

I had “free” Disney+ through a Verizon account…10 years ago.
I wonder if I “gave up all rights to sue”, too?

I doubt a court would rule that your video streaming contract also covers an inperson visit to a theme park.

There’s a bit more to this.

It not actually a Disney eatery. It was an independent restaurant outside of a park. However, Disney is the landlord. And the widowed husband sued the restaurant along with everyone else his attorney could think of - including Disney.
