Apparently, DHS is no longer interested in disinformation and foreign interference in US elections. This fits with the new AG announcing that the FBI will no longer investigate foreign interference in the US.

That could be part of the promise we won’t have to vote again. The voting will be done by foreign and domestic hackers.
