They closed 341 homes in April, vs 267 in April 2015. That’s up 27.7%. That’s even more of an increase YoY than the increase in March, which was 23.2%.
They’re now up more than 26% YTD vs last year.
Seems like pretty good numbers for a stock with a P/E around 11!

I have an 11% position with this company. Started buying in Jan. and have been steadily adding more in increments. Up 38% so far.
Wonder who gave me the idea about incremental additions.
